Nadia is Head of Academy & Learning Design at ATÖLYE in Dubai, where she leads learning initiatives across the Middle East, working primarily with government sector clients including Dubai Design Lab and the World Government Summit. Together with her team, she designs and delivers experiential, custom programs that support leaders in building design-led cultures and strengthening leadership capability. Her role spans the full lifecycle of these programs, from early planning and content development through to delivery and evaluation, with a strong focus on quality, relevance, and long-term value.
Prior to joining ATÖLYE, Nadia founded Alphard Consulting, a people-centered consultancy focused on organizational culture, learning, wellbeing, and social impact. Through Alphard, she worked with organizations such as Global Entrepreneurship Week, UNDP, Aion Digital, and the Norwegian Refugee Council, designing and leading workshops on emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, high-performance cultures, and design thinking. Nadia is also an Emotional Intelligence Coach, which continues to inform her leadership development and wellbeing work. Her work at Alphard spanned corporate, nonprofit, and public sector contexts, and deepened her interest in people-centered approaches to change. During this period, she also served as a lecturer in Business and Systems Thinking at Arab Open University in Bahrain.
Earlier in her career, Nadia worked as an organizational change consultant with SHM Productions in London, contributing to cultural transformation and behavioral change projects for global clients. She began her professional journey in investment banking and business advisory roles at Ernst & Young, Bank ABC, and Samena Capital, where she built a strong foundation in planning, stakeholder management, and business development.
Alongside her professional work, Nadia has remained actively involved in social and community initiatives. She launched Exploring What Matters, a community wellbeing course developed with Action for Happiness, bringing the program to Bahrain for the first time in 2019. She also co-curated The Waaw in Between, an initiative designed to foster meaningful conversations within Middle Eastern communities, which launched at the Nuqat Conference in Kuwait. In 2020, she was a Resident of the House of Beautiful Business, a global think tank and community exploring the human future of work, and served as Host for their Arab Gulf Chamber.
Across her work, Nadia is motivated by a desire to contribute to healthier, more inclusive, and more resilient organizations and communities. She is particularly interested in how leadership, culture, and systems shape human experience, and in creating environments where people and organizations can grow with intention and care.
